PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to the United States only.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@thesmartpaws.shop with your order number and photos of any damage.
