The worst vendor ever. Pathetic communication. Aliexpress declared that the item couldn't be delivered as the door was locked. This is a blatant lie as items from alien press shall never be delivered but to be picked from either post office or from another private courier. When i checked with both they confirmed such an item with that reference number was never received at their end.
I made a lotbof noise, too much noise with the suppliers and aliexpress ai chat bots. Finally they arrived after 3.5 months yesterday.

Terrible product. Fake scissors. Small, uncomfortable and they don't even cut paper. They don't even give a refund despite it being free within 90 days. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordinary quality. They came loose in a bag. The black case shown in the photo was not included.

It pulls out an impressive amount of undercoat in just a few passes, and cleaning the tool off afterward takes seconds instead of picking fur out by hand. Ordering again for our second pet.
